Use the Correct Account Number!

 

 

A couple of years ago, CVEC changed our account number system. If you are using an account number that has the format of XX-XXXX-XXX, then you are using your OLD account number.

CVEC has been translating the outdated account number to one that is valid to ensure that your payment is processed. With the upgrade to our billing system on August 1, we will no longer be able to translate any outdated account numbers.

Please review a recent bill to confirm your current CVEC account number and please use that valid account number going forward.

Also, please share that information if you utilize a third-party bill payment service so that they use the valid account number in the future.

In addition, please share the new mailing address for remittance processing for all payments that will be processed by your bank AFTER August 1, 2016:
