New Bill Pay Site with CIS Upgrade
With the software upgrade, CVEC will be using a payment processor that is integrated with the new billing and customer service software, and the Co-op will no longer be accepting payments through Western Union / Speedpay.
To pay any CVEC electric bill online after August 1, 2016, please go to Access MyCVEC. From there you will be able to log into and view your account, see energy usage, pay your electric bill, and establish a new recurring payment option.
If you have not logged onto this secure site before, you will need to establish a username and password. There are good directions on the portal to help you through the set-up.
NOTE: CVEC has requested that Western Union / Speedpay delete any member information stored on their pay site by members who selected recurring payments. New payments can be made on the Access MyCVEC portal.
Members can also delete their own information individually if they prefer by going here.
